I’ve surprised myself by how much my arm muscles have been strengthening and toning from doing yoga lately—and from only one class each week (with a handful of absences) for the last few months. An occasional home practice has been added, too.
If this can be achieved with only this small amount of time, imagine how much more can be achieved with even more practice.

It never ceases to amaze me how good yoga is. It’s subtle. If I could imagine yoga as a person its charateristics would be assertive, nurturing, gentle, loving, caring, soothing, confident, transformative.
